Yeoor Hills Nightout Cottages is a private farmhouse consiting of six AC cottages. Can be given for a family of 4 or you can book all the six cottages for an exclusive group outing together. Inside, a comfortable stay is guaranteed. Let's show you around!

The exterior

Outdoor space is with full grown trees like Coconut and palm trees. Maintained lawns and podium area for private events. The poolside area is grat for organising a pool party and have the time of your life. Bonfire and Barbaque on request weather permiting can be arranged out here.

The Cottage

The spacious AC cottages have a queen size bed and a sofa cum bed comfortable for 4 persons. Each cottage can accommodate upto 6 persons i.e two on extra matresses. The cottage also has flat TV to catch up on sports or news. Attached bath with hot water.

Outdoor Sitout

Each cottage also has a private outdoor sitout for lounging and dining.

AC Cottage	Master bedroom with one queen size bed and one sofa cum bed cofartable for four. Space for two extra mattresses.
Cottage Amenties	Equipped with flat TV with cable channels. Customised Food on demand from inhouse kitchen.
Bathrooms	Attached bathrooms with 24 hrs hot water. Spare common washroom also available in the premices.
Pantry	Common Fridge and deep freezer in the inhouse kitchen. Attendent on call for any other needs.
Swimming Pool	Big Outdoor pool with seprate children section and music speakers.
Parking	Ample Parking in the compounded premices.
Outdoors	Outdoor Machan sitout. Spacious well maintained Lawn with podium to have group actvities.

Check In Check Out

Check in is after 12 Noon on date of arrival. It is necessary to vacate the property by 11am on the Check out day.

Booking Notes

The rental includes preparation of the cottage also cleaning on departure. All bed linen are provided.

We can provide many extras on request (charges apply) such as in extra mattresses, in house dine in faclity on extra charges, Bonfire and Barbaque arrangements.

Cancellation refunds:

Cancellation anytime from date of booking to 15 days before arrival date 10% of total booking amount.
Cancellation between 0 and 14 days before arrival – 100% of the value of the booking is forfeited

Please note that we do not accept groups of young unrelated adults.
Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time.
No events or parties with external guest can be held at our property unless informed.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

In case of any damage, breakage, staining of bedsheets, Cottage keys lost or items missing the full value of the same would be charged.
